🎯 Requirements

• Preferred but not required - completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, HR or a related field • 5+ years' experience in business development and account management within the staffing and recruiting industry • Proven record of sales growth in staffing industry • Current portfolio in IT/Technical staffing with a comprehensive understanding of technical roles and skill sets • Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing client relationships, resulting in increased profitability year over year • Exceptional communication (listening, verbal, and written), negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a strong work ethic • Prioritizes strong customer service skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with internal drive and high sense of urgency to achieve success • Ability to work through adversity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities • Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
