📋 Description

• Lead WMS implementation projects as the senior industry and product SME through Discovery, Design, Configuration, Training, UAT and Go-Live • Gather client requirements during the discovery phase and translate them into actionable design solutions using out-of-the-box cloud configurations • Understand client operations and recommend best practices to optimize ROI and operational efficiency • Lead system design reviews and oversee junior consultants’ work for accuracy and consistency • Support training, testing, and “go-live” activities, ensuring smooth client adoption • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on industry best practices and future-proof solutions • Deliver training to both client super users and end users • Build and maintain reusable project artifacts, documentation, and collateral • Provide QA and review of system design solutions from architects and consultants • Troubleshoot advanced software-related issues and provide L2/L3 functional support to clients and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, Professional Services) • Contribute to product feedback and integration roadmaps as a senior SME

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in WMS or enterprise software implementations • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex client projects as a senior consultant or equivalent role • Deep understanding of the software implementation lifecycle, change management, and client onboarding • Strong expertise in API/EDI integrations and leading WMS-to-3rd party integrations (ERP, EDI, MHE, Robotics) • Experience working with 3PLs and specific facets of multi-client facilities and multi-site roll-outs • Hands-on experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills • Ability to troubleshoot advanced technical and functional issues • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
