• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced credentials (CPA, JD, or Master’s) strongly preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in tax, ideally within wealth management or financial services. • Proven ability to harness technology for tax optimization and operational efficiency. • Demonstrated success in managing outsourced tax partnerships. • Deep expertise in business process optimization and continuous improvement. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong record of team leadership and development. • Extensive experience leading organizational change within a tax function. • Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations, planning, and strategic execution. • Proven ability to scale tax operations while maintaining a competitive edge. • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
