📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day program management for new in-person experiences, from planning through launch and operations. • Develop operating models, playbooks, and SOPs for staffing, training, and client engagement. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Finance, CX) to align and execute. • Manage vendor and partner relationships, including F&B, tech, and service providers. • Oversee reporting, and KPI measurement tied to acquisition, engagement, and ROI. • Coordinate on-site activations, community programming, and experiential events. • Oversee event programming for both retail spaces and experiential pop-ups, ensuring experiences reflect brand values and drive measurable impact. • Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing retail operations once spaces are live.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in retail operations • Proven ability to launch and operate premium experiential or client-facing spaces • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and retail ops • Strength in building SOPs, training programs, and scalable operating models • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working at the intersection of brand and operations • Financial acumen and ability to track and report on KPIs • A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in physical environments.
