⢠10+ years in software engineering ⢠5-10 years of engineering management experience ⢠2-4 years of senior engineering management experience ⢠Proven track record of managing multi-functional technical teams ⢠Experience leading teams that own APIs and backend services ⢠Strong history of delivering platform-level infrastructure in a fast-paced organization ⢠Ability to challenge and guide architecture and design decisions ⢠Familiarity with managing software delivery in distributed environments ⢠Comfort working in data-rich or ontology-heavy domains is a strong plus ⢠Strong communication and relationship-building skills
