• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design, product management, and engineering teams. • Shape and communicate the user experience vision for projects. • Work on initiatives from start to finish, participating in design sprints, content mapping, sketching, wireframing, and prototyping. • Leverage insights from user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes. • Drive customer focus by collaborating on user research. • Stay close to insights and data to understand the impact of the team’s work.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or equivalent in a design field preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Design role. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, After Effects, etc. • Portfolio showcasing examples of your work (including process such as research, ideation, and Figma files). • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
