• Develop and execute a channel partner strategy to strengthen our presence in high data consumption IoT verticals. • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with IoT resellers, distributors, and ecosystem partners. • Support partners with product knowledge, joint business planning, and go-to-market initiatives. • Work closely with partners to identify M2M/IoT pipeline opportunities and drive customer engagement through the channel. • Build a deep understanding of partner and end-customer needs, shaping solutions to meet those needs. • Monitor and report on partner performance, pipeline status, and strategic opportunities. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth opportunity registration, pricing, and contractual processes. • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and strategic updates for leadership. • Travel as needed to meet partners and support joint initiatives.
• 3+ years experience in IoT, M2M, or telecom channel management, preferably with resellers and distributors. • Proven track record of growing revenue through partnerships rather than direct sales alone. • Strong business acumen and ability to co-create business plans with partners. • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. • Strategic and tactical thinker with problem-solving ability. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages a plus). • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, international environment. • A proactive “can-do” attitude, with a focus on building long-term relationships. • Willingness to travel as needed to support partner relationships and business development activities.
