📋 Description

• At Coconut, we connect founders and businesses with top-tier remote talent while prioritizing meaningful, reliable partnerships. • Role: Operations Specialist • Availability: Part-time 20 hours/week • Time Zone: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM MT

🎯 Requirements

• Research/investigation on city standards, codes, and entitlement requirements • Prepare, organize, and maintain detailed project packages for sales/acquisitions • Track tasks across multiple projects; ensure 'all boxes are checked' • Coordinate with engineers; verify submissions meet stated requirements • Follow up with cities and external parties; manage back and forth communications • Create concise status summaries: what’s done, what’s pending, what’s next • Circulate updates internally and externally to keep stakeholders aligned • General admin and project coordination to drive tasks to completion • Data entry, documentation, and version control for due diligence materials • Other ad hoc project management tasks • Experience in real estate development/entitlements (Good to have) • Webflow familiarity (Good to have) • Prior project coordination/ops background (Good to have) • Strong communication skills (Non-negotiable Requirement) • Proficiency in MS Office, ClickUp, Teams (Non-negotiable Requirement) • Detail orientation; compliance and checkbox tracking mindset (Non-negotiable Requirement) • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) (Industry/Tools Experience) • ClickUp (Industry/Tools Experience) • Microsoft Teams (Industry/Tools Experience)
