📋 Description

• Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. • Map current and future-state processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities. • Configure and enhance GTM systems to support evolving business needs. • Collaborate with the Salesforce Admin, developers, and solutions architect on complex projects and integrations. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development. • Lead root cause analysis for systemic issues and recommend long-term solutions. • Maintain up-to-date process and system documentation. • Stay informed on GTM system releases, industry trends, and process best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. • 4+ years of experience as a BSA, Admin, or similar role in a SaaS GTM environment. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and related GTM tools such as Clari, Marketo, Outreach, and Ironclad. • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Strong skills in process mapping, optimization, and automation. • Expert level understanding of SaaS business models • Clear and effective communicator with a customer service mindset, able to engage with stakeholders across levels and functions. • Strong analytical mindset with proven expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
