📋 Description

• Manage and respond to tenant inquiries via email, phone, or chat. • Handle lease renewals, rent collection follow-ups, and notices. • Update and maintain tenant and property data in the CRM/property management software. • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor appointments. • Assist with listing management (e.g., marketing vacant units, updating online listings). • Create and send reports related to occupancy, maintenance, and performance. • Schedule and coordinate routine, move-in, move-out, and annual property inspections. • Communicate inspection times and procedures clearly to tenants via email or phone. • Use ISN (Inspection Support Network) or similar tools to manage inspection appointments, assign inspectors, and track inspection results. • Confirm access instructions with tenants and ensure proper documentation is prepared. • Follow up on inspection results to coordinate repairs or property maintenance. • Maintain inspection logs and ensure compliance with internal protocols and local regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or real estate virtual assistance. • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio, Rentec Direct). • Experience with ISN or similar inspection scheduling platforms is a plus. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
