• Maintain our exceptional 90% interview completion rate through proactive communication and follow-ups. • Tackle scheduling conflicts head-on by collaborating effectively with candidates and interviewers. • Ensure all candidates are well-prepared and informed about the companies and jobs they’re applying for. • Work with our agile scheduling team to coordinate interviews seamlessly, making sure both clients and candidates have a smooth experience. • Come aboard if you're ready to make an impact and grow with us!

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Stellar written and verbal communication skills. • Keen attention to detail and superb organizational skills. • Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a bonus but not a dealbreaker! • A passion for learning and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
