📋 Description
• This role is for our own company - Weekday • Location: Remote • Work Hours: 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (U.S. Shift, Non-Flexible) • Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 INR/month (Fixed + Variable) • Duration: 6 months (Potential extension based on performance and mutual agreement) • Note: Only 2025 graduates and candidates with a bachelor's degree will be considered. • Funding: We are backed by Y Combinator (early investors in Stripe, Airbnb, DoorDash, Coinbase etc), General Catalyst (prev. 🎯 Requirements
• Only 2025 graduates and candidates with a bachelor's degree will be considered. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work non-flexible U.S. hours (9:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST). • Prior internship or operational experience is a plus but not mandatory. • Comfort with handling communication and coordination for U.S.-based clients and candidates.
