📋 Description

• Lead the AI-powered workflow transformation offering, defining the overarching vision, roadmap, and business value. • Build compelling market positioning, value messaging, and differentiation for AI-driven workflow products. • Own go-to-market strategy, pricing frameworks, and commercialization plans tailored to various enterprise needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including alliances, delivery, and product groups—to scale AI-enabled workflow solutions across industries. • Oversee the design, validation, and deployment of AI-enabled workflows, ensuring integration readiness and enterprise adoption. • Represent AI workflow capabilities in executive-level client discussions, industry forums, and strategic engagements. • Partner with client sponsors to align AI transformation initiatives with enterprise strategy and measurable business outcomes. • Establish governance structures, operating models, and execution frameworks to drive consistent delivery and value realization. • Oversee Fit/Gap (RICEA) assessments and guide end-to-end workflow modernization. • Provide leadership across global, cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, data scientists, and engineering groups.

🎯 Requirements

• Min Experience: 14 years • Expertise in redesigning enterprise workflows through AI, automation, and digital modernization. • Ability to integrate AI-first thinking into large-scale transformation programs. • Proven experience leading AI initiatives from initial concept to scaled rollout in enterprise environments. • Ability to define product vision, strategy, and value proposition. • Skilled in managing complex product roadmaps, backlogs, pricing models, and commercialization strategies. • Experience advising senior leaders and translating business goals into actionable transformation programs. • Strong communication and influence with C-suite and executive sponsors. • Background in building GTM strategies and positioning AI offerings to drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable ROI. • Ability to tie AI-enabled initiatives to business outcomes—cost optimization, productivity gains, and experience enhancements.
