📋 Description
• Lead development of core backend systems, APIs, and performance-critical components • Own technical architecture and contribute to the evolution of the platform's technology roadmap • Build and deploy ML models at scale, ensuring efficient and reliable inference workflows • Make critical architectural decisions around scalability, performance, infrastructure, and security • Mentor and guide a small engineering team; promote best practices across coding, testing, and DevOps • Manage infrastructure and DevOps workflows (AWS, Docker, CI/CD, GPUs for ML, GitHub workflows) • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer teams to deliver high-value features • Drive automation, process improvements, and technical excellence across the engineering org
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally with SaaS products • Expert-level proficiency in Python, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture • Strong experience with databases, caching layers, messaging queues, and search technologies • Comfortable working with AWS, containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines • Background in ML pipelines or GPU-based inference environments • Experience with large-scale image/video processing is an added advantage
