📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and maintain high-impact AI agents that improve workflows • Support the super user network through design consultations, 1:1 coaching, and build reviews • Help super users design better agents, test rigorously, and avoid common pitfalls • Partner with Strategic Initiatives leadership and adjacent teams to ensure agents are well-governed, safe, and aligned with WelbeHealth’s operations • Surface patterns from builds and super user work, propose improvements, and help shape how AI scales • Foster cross-functional partnerships across all organizational levels, including executives, to achieve shared goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; relevant professional experience may be substituted • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, product, strategy, or related field • Significant experience building and deploying AI agents or past technology tools • Strong workflow analysis • Iterative approach emphasizing rapid experimentation and learning from outcomes • Critical thinking to evaluate AI-generated output accuracy and identify misleading or incorrect content • Ability to guide and support colleagues in developing their own solutions • Comfort operating in a developing program environment and navigating ambiguity within a small, evolving team • Curiosity about the people WelbeHealth serves and the operational realities of PACE • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • COVID-19 vaccination proof or vaccine declination form required prior to employment
