📋 Description

• ensures that the department is accurately processing patient and financial data • develops audit tool(s) to track and monitor audit outcomes • holds meetings to discuss outcome of data analysis and possible corrective actions • analyzes non-governmental payer contracts and assures that contractual adjustments are accurate • reviews and validates billing accounts, and communicates findings to appropriate staff • identifies and rectifies any special circumstances affecting delayed submission of payments • reviews billing information for accuracy and completeness, and identifies and rectifies problems • remains informed of statutory and regulatory changes affecting job functions • adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
