• Responsible for sell-in and sell-out within the assigned region with a focus on sustainable sales and market share growth • Merchandising & POS optimization: driving optimal in-store brand placement and reviewing visual merchandising • Training & coaching of sales staff to create brand ambassadors through regular training sessions and on-the-job coaching • Relationship management and motivation of retail teams to ensure focus on our brand • Events & activations: planning and supporting in-store promotions, campaigns and events to maximize brand presence • Market analysis to optimize sell-out performance, monitor competitor activity and collect feedback to share insights with marketing • Support of sell-in to retail partners with a clear focus on sustainable sell-out and long-term partnerships • Development and implementation of strategic and operational sales measures that address both retailer and end-customer needs • Close collaboration with trade marketing, sales (Key Account Management), training and education teams to ensure optimal product availability and visibility • Leading strategic projects to further develop sales strategy and market position
• Completed vocational training in retail, perfumery, as a druggist/drugstore specialist or equivalent qualification • Extensive professional experience with several years of retail and/or field sales experience, ideally in selective retail (perfumery, premium cosmetics, beauty, lifestyle) • Experience in area management and POS control • High level of initiative, self-reflection and a solution-oriented working style • Resilience, strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills • Fluent written and spoken German; Italian language skills are an advantage • Confident handling of data, CRM systems and digital sales solutions
