📋 Description
• Develop and execute strategic education initiatives for key account partners • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and customer leadership teams • Create joint business education plans and ensure execution of programs • Manage education investments and customer initiatives • Conduct training and coaching for customer Brand Educators
🎯 Requirements
• Valid cosmetology license • Minimum 5 years of hairdressing experience behind the chair. • Minimum 3 years of facilitation, teaching, or presentation experience. • Ability to work weekends and evenings • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital platforms
