📋 Description

• Transform Muscle Booster into the most engaging, simple and fun strength training in the market. • Create healthy habits for our users by designing a user experience that is based on deep user understanding and solve for the inner demons that stop our users from getting stronger. • Collaborate closely with the product leadership to shape and deliver on the product roadmap and vision • Lead and mentor a team of three passionate designers

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing your mobile app design expertise and your problem-solving skills • Previous experience in startups or early-stage companies is advantageous, particularly in achieving product-market fit and scaling efforts • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers • Experience with mobile prototyping and user testing methodologies • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and provide mentorship to junior team members • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile app design • Passion for staying at the forefront of design innovation and continuously improving your craft
