📋 Description

• Shape the core user experience by introducing personalized and joyful product design. • Create prototypes and motion-rich interactions that tell compelling product stories. • Drive design experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven insights. • Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, data analysts, and engineers. • Contribute to and evolve the shared design system for consistency across platforms. • Advocate for the user, making trade-offs that prioritize long-term trust and engagement. • Bring a strong design perspective to feedback and team rituals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer. • Exceptional design craft, with a sharp eye for visual polish and interaction nuance. • Skilled in prototyping, component systems, auto-layout, and variables in Figma. • Proven expertise in building mobile experiences (iOS and Android). • Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and confidence. • Strong foundation in user research methods. • Experience working on health, wellness, fitness, or behavior change products (nice to have).
