• Support day-to-day quality and accuracy of digital content • Perform daily content curation activities for written publications and audio content • Validate content and metadata for completeness and accuracy • Identify and document content issues • Manage assigned queues to meet throughput expectations and turnaround times

• Native-level or fully bilingual fluency (spoken and written) in the required language(s) • Strong attention to detail • Basic problem-solving skills • Strong time management • Comfort working with multiple tools and web platforms • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
