This role is crucial for improving nursing retention, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care, and maintaining regulatory compliance across all nursing services. The Clinical Service Manager works closely with project management and the global clinical team to streamline clinical processes and enhance operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree (or comparable combination of education and relevant experience) •RN License •3+ years of clinical research or nursing experience •Proven understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical trials, and ethical review regulations (e.g., IRB, REC, Ethics Committees). •Nurse Management/Education experience preferred •Effective verbal and written communication skills •Strong verbal and organizational skills •Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong time management skills •Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities •Excellent time management skills
