📋 Description
• Monitor research, news, programs and initiatives, labor market and workforce data • Provide analysis and advice identifying trends and emergent developments and opportunities • Lead knowledge mobilization efforts for Career Pathways and Skills • Create briefs, memos, blog posts, decks, and thought leadership products
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field • 3-7 years relevant work experience with preference for experience in workforce development, immigration, refugee resettlement or economic development • Lived and/or learned insight into the opportunities and challenges experienced by immigrant and refugee communities • Demonstrated experience coordinating and working across matrixed teams • Strong ability to work independently and as a team member • Exceptional writing and editing skills • Strong command of technology tools including Microsoft Office suite especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint
