📋 Description

• Support day‑to‑day implementation of Career Pathways initiatives across both Canada and the U.S. • Provide logistical and administrative coordination for managing relationships with ecosystem partners. • Capture implementation‑level insights, risks, and learnings; maintain organized documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field. • 3+ years of related professional experience coordinating administrative activities and/or events. • Lived and/or learned insight into the opportunities and challenges experienced by immigrant and refugee communities. • Experience organizing events from planning to execution. • Strong command of technology tools, including Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
