📋 Description
• managing significant client relationships • ensuring excellent client service and delivery • driving product efficiency projects • leading other business-related projects • overseeing day to day operations and reporting delivery • developing and maintaining relationships with Corporate Trust clients • review and accept new client relationships • provide quality service based on client needs • identify business risks and operational challenges • coordinate the development and implementation of operational changes • may be responsible for meeting specific revenue, new business, and expense goals • managing staff, hiring new staff, and/or training staff
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of related experience in Corporate Trust or similar field • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Previous leadership experience required • Advanced knowledge of general banking operations • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills • May require up to 25% travel
