📋 Description

• Manage NetSuite entries for all accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions • Maintain accurate records of funds received from investors • Perform accurate and timely property close-outs for payroll, including reviewing HUD statements • Partner with General Managers, agents, and title companies to ensure seamless financial processes • Assist with administrative reports and ad hoc accounting projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of accounting or administrative experience • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure • Proficiency with NetSuite, GSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional, dependable, and eager to grow with a dynamic company • Real estate transaction experience is a plus
