📋 Description

• In charge of system power and thermal management. • Define system power and thermal requirements • Develop and maintain system power models • Define power states, thermal management strategy, and related SoC/FW requirements • Conduct power and thermal characterization and validation during bring-up and qualification • Perform failure analysis in development, qualification, and RMA phases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field • 13+ years (BS), 10+ years (MS), or 8+ years (PhD) experience in NAND flash–based or related system design • Experience in system power and thermal management design • Proven experience leading products/projects and managing stakeholders • Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python) • Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks • Familiarity with PCIe, Toggle Mode/ONFI, and other high-speed interfaces
