• Follow a mentoring plan, including a comprehensive training program essential for developing expertise in RCP mechanics in a nuclear environment. Report all on-site activities to your intervention manager, to whom you will directly report. Ensure rigorous execution by following established procedures. Validate the correct technical actions learned during RCP maintenance interventions throughout the reactor outage, aiming to maintain service quality. Understand the required actions and critically assess assigned tasks to confidently master the requested operations. Technically master mechanical assembly and disassembly operations of RCP components and understand their technical importance. Understand the safety issues associated with each component and master the concept of IIA (Important Activity for Protection) and technical control. Ensure the safety of installations by applying professional and appropriate actions. Any deviation from procedures must be reported in real-time to the intervention manager.
• You hold an Associate Degree (BAC+2) or have recognized experience in Mechanics or Electromechanics. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position You have a strong interest in mechanics requiring precise and rigorous execution. You enjoy working in a team, are autonomous, dynamic, and flexible. You are meticulous, methodical, and pay special attention to a clean and organized workspace. You are comfortable managing documentation and using work procedures. Experience in the nuclear field is a plus. Your flexibility to travel (about 70% of the year) will allow you to fully integrate into operational teams responsible for installing components at nuclear power plants. English proficiency is a plus and would allow you to participate in more international projects and collaborate with our European and American colleagues.
