📋 Description

• Manage a category team to create a strategy for AP1000, AP300 & eVinci projects. • Lead a category management team focused on structures including Modules, Shield Building and Containment Vessel. • Recruit, build, train and manage team to create an overall category strategy. • Ensure execution of category strategy through preferred supplier list and non-preferred suppliers. • Lead important business reviews with strategic suppliers. • Maintain category knowledge by researching industry trends and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree (preferably MBA or MS in any field of engineering) • Minimum 7 years of procurement experience (preferably within industries with complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects, with a focus on procurement) • Minimum 5 years of experience in negotiations including RFI, RFP, RFQ and contract development. • Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience in procurement (Preferably 3 years of category management) • Benchmark, Market Analysis, Competitive Intelligence, and Procurement Projects Management skills • Experience with vendor management including purchase order issuance, execution, and administration.
