📋 Description

• The OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Specialist runs the global OKR Center of Excellence. • They drive increased knowledge and adoption of OKRs across the company, globally. • The Specialist develops and implements a communication and training plan, updates a SharePoint Center of Excellence page, monitors an OKR support email box, and facilitates sessions with leaders to guide the creation of well-crafted OKRs. • They track and monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Chief Operating Officer and C-Staff. • Develop and implement a change management plan for OKR Adoption. • Work with the Learning & Development team to develop in the flow of work training and other learning content. • Act as the main contact for support by monitoring the OKR Center of Excellence mailbox. • Manage the OKR software and define OKR software requirements. • Develop a regular cadence of communication and monitoring to ensure 100% adoption of OKRs. • Provide regular reports and dashboards to the Chief Operating Officer and C-Staff.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five (5) years of general business experience • Deep knowledge of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) • Deep experience in change management • Experience researching software tools and automation • Ability to be structured, detail-oriented and organized is required • Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with colleagues and management at all levels across multiple departments is required • Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences • Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional initiatives • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills at multiple levels of leadership • Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency and ownership • Ability to analyze data and create reports and dashboards that provide insights and improved decision making for executive leadership
