📋 Description

• Start by spending at least one third of your time coding and building new products. • Work with the CTO to manage and scale the engineering team and best practices. • Conduct regular 1-1s and help unblock engineers as needed. • Help to manage a hiring pipeline and conduct technical interviews. • Conduct code reviews and aid engineers in releasing new features quickly and reliably.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an engineering manager at a start-up in a remote engineering team environment. • A desire to be a part of the entire project development process. From research gathering and planning, to implementation and monitoring. • Great written and verbal communication skills for expressing ideas, designs, and potential solutions in mostly-asynchronous manner.
