📋 Description

• Manage Ting customer cases focusing on electrical fire hazard operations, mitigation, and sensor-related support activities, including after regular business hours as needed • Plan and coordinate support efforts related to mitigation activities with customers and contractor partners relating to Ting operations • Work with partners and customers to isolate and troubleshoot issues in the field • Data review and analysis • Technical project management • Assist with producing documentation related to processes used for training and support • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Education and experience in science-based disciplines/electrical systems with customer management/support experience, such as Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related discipline • Associates degree in engineering, science, or related discipline with skilled trades experience and/or military background. • A skilled trades background with certifications/licenses and additional education and/or military service • Willingness and ability to participate as a member of a team in a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Travel as needed
