📋 Description

• Champion the brand by growing and optimizing performance-driven partnerships • Build and manage affiliate and creator programs • Drive revenue by accelerating month-over-month growth • Own the relationship with the affiliate agency • Provide support for creator partnerships in paid campaigns • Collaborate with US Growth Lead and Performance Creative teams • Plan and oversee partnership campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the US market’s performance landscape • Ability to identify and recommend high-impact affiliate and content creator opportunities • Skills in nurturing relationships with affiliates, influencers, and creators • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Experience managing multiple relationships and complex campaign timelines • Ability to evaluate partnership and campaign performance • Proactiveness in identifying growth opportunities and optimizing efficiency • Strong analytical skills to track trends
