📋 Description
• Assist in the efficient management of a scrum team, delivering business value at the end of each sprint • Execute the strategy set by senior management to further develop and scale up the product lines • Monitor and research complex client product needs, experiences, expectations, capabilities, and problems • Provide root cause analysis on complex end-user product issues • Collaborate with various teams on projects, product issues, and suggestions for issue resolution • Ensure accountability for the highest standards of data governance and consumer privacy
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field • 2+ years’ product management and/or business analysis experience in software environment • 2+ years’ experience with Direct Marketing and Database Marketing a plus • 2+ years’ experience with Scrum or other Agile software development practices • 2+ years’ experience independently managing software development projects of low or medium complexity • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
