• 3+ years of experience leading data science or AI/ML teams, with proven team management and mentoring success. • Demonstrated success in applying AI/ML to deliver real-world, production-level business solutions. • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Hands-on understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). • Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills. • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to bring energy and team spirit to everyday work.
