• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction operations to meet customer and project requirements. • Review schedules, production orders, and specifications to plan department workloads and priorities. • Prepare and maintain operational schedules; assign crews, materials, and equipment as needed. • Monitor production and quality standards, resolving operational issues to minimize delays and costs. • Conduct site inspections and review superintendent areas monthly for quality and compliance. • Assist in collecting purchase orders to ensure proper billing to builders. • Evaluate staffing levels, workloads, and training needs of direct reports. • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend development or corrective actions. • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards. • Attend builder and subcontractor meetings as required. • Collaborate with management on superintendent & punch plumber performance. • Hold staff accountable. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Minimum five (5) years of related plumbing management or field supervision experience. • Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record. • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules. • Competent in problem-solving, planning, and resource management. • Basic computer and reporting skills required.
• A company truck and gas card will be provided for the right candidate.
