âą Lead design work across product areas, from understanding the problem to final delivery. âą Translate business and user needs into simple, intuitive, and efficient experiences. âą Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, prioritize deliveries, and influence the product roadmap. âą Create flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes (low and high fidelity), and visual interfaces using Figma and AI tools. âą Conduct usability tests to validate hypotheses and optimize solutions. âą Ensure visual and functional consistency with the design system and the company's usability standards. âą Support the development team during implementation by providing detailed handoffs and quality control of deliverables. âą Perform benchmarking and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
âą Experience in digital product design, working across all stages of the process (discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery). âą Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Google Analytics, and Mouseflow. âą Practical and consistent knowledge of Design Systems. âą Ability to think strategically, balancing user needs and business objectives. âą Knowledge of usability, information architecture, and user testing. âą Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. âą Storytelling ability to present visions and complex solutions to different audiences. âą Experience in Product/UX Design with a relevant digital portfolio.
