📋 Description

• Call and email potential clients in the US and AUS to schedule appointments • Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and referrals • Maintain an updated calendar of scheduled calls or demos • Document all communications accurately in CRM • Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets • Screen & vet leads for fit competencies, and technical skills • Develop and maintain a prospecting database or CRM, and make sure that details are accurate

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience as an appointment setter with international clients • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Impressive interpersonal skills • Able to work on a graveyard shift • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP. • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g,. MS Office) • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar) • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills • Tech Savvy
