📋 Description
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests with tenants and trades. • Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates. • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and service providers. • Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently. • Handle incoming emails and calls professionally. • Provide accurate information and direct inquiries as needed. • Review and process rental applications, ensuring completeness. • Follow up with applicants on outstanding requirements. • Draft and prepare lease agreements for new and renewing tenants. • Maintain accurate records of property information and lease terms. • Track rent review dates, lease expirations, and renewal fees.
