📋 Description

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top mortgage brokers, loan processor, credit analyst, etc. • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. • Collaborate with hiring managers, onshore, to define job requirements and establish recruitment goals. • Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to candidate selection. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• With 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the mortgage or finance services industry. • Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
