•Educational background in Geomatics, Geodesy, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related geospatial field •Proven experience (2-3+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience •The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and at the same time building lasting relationships with distribution partners •Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities •Experience providing solutions based on customer needs •Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools •Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & German •Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
