• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and generating insights to support business decisions. • Track key performance metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement. • Support revenue and growth initiatives across the organization. • Coordinate with multiple departments (Operations, Support, Compliance, Engineering, Finance, etc.) and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects. • Develop and refine internal processes and documentation. • Monitor operational dashboards and escalate concerns as needed. • Provide executive-level administrative support as needed (calendar management, research, preparing presentations). • Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings, presentations, and client-facing documentation. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across different teams. • Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment on priorities. • Support the rollout of initiatives that improve team efficiency or customer experience. • Act as a bridge between teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. • Prepare polished presentations, reports, and client-facing materials. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, executive assistance, data analysis, or other relevant fields. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of data tools is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships. • Comfortable working US hours. • Preferred Skills • Experience in NEMT, logistics, transportation, or SaaS (not required but a plus). • Background in business operations, strategy, data analysis, or executive support roles. • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, etc.). • Strong presentation-building skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
