• Relaties bouwen met onze klanten, om samen hun doelstellingen te behalen • Altijd op zoek naar manieren om klantwaarde te creëren en de meerwaarde van ons aanbod te bewijzen • Klanten informeren over nieuwe features en mogelijkheden om alles uit de samenwerking te halen • De stem van de klant zijn binnen Alleo en bespreekt dat met verschillende interne teams • Slimme processen opzetten om klanten efficiënt te helpen • Analyseert data om te kijken welke klanten het succesvolst zijn, om andere weer te laten groeien

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 jaar ervaring als Customer Success Manager of in een vergelijkbare rol • Digitaal en AI-vaardig; je duikt graag in de details van workflows, processen en tools (zoals HubSpot, Valuecase) • Commerciële mindset met een focus op waarde toevoegen en data-optimalisatie • Zelfstandig en toch samenwerkend; je hebt een ondernemende en leergierige houding en gedijt goed in een snelle omgeving • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
