• Manage our CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), ensuring data integrity and usability • Build scalable sales processes (from lead routing to deal handoff) that align Sales, Marketing, and Product Success • Partner with Finance to support forecasting, reporting, and commission planning • Select and manage our GTM tech stack (CRM, enablement tools, analytics, etc.) • Deliver clear dashboards and insights to leadership for pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting • Partnership tracking, data and media delivery tracking and reporting
• 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related GTM operations role • Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup (ideally Series A–C) • Strong systems/CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Data-driven, highly organized, and able to influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, CS, and finance • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing structured solutions • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams
