📋 Description

🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting • Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Baltimore area. • Skilled in using relevant software tools. • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field.
