• Pulley aims to condense permitting timelines from months to days or hours. • Permitting requirements vary by jurisdiction, making navigation critical. • You’ll work with clients and municipal staff to accelerate approvals. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to improve Pulley’s platform and the client experience. • You’ll be located in Florida and partner with leadership, product, and engineering teams to deliver results. • We’re building the world’s first software platform for construction permitting—any project, in any city.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional Experience: 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting, with demonstrated involvement in various permitting processes. • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, bonus points for hands on permitting experience in Miami-Dade County. • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities and talent for building strong relationships with clients and municipal officials. • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems that enhance operational efficiency.
