📋 Description

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks to business teams • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of legal agreements to accelerate contract velocity • Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and negotiation • Triage heavy workflow, prioritize with internal clients, and deliver results efficiently • Support continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes • Manage agreements to comply with company policies and risk tolerance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company • Data privacy knowledge and experience negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) • Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe • Business‑friendly approach focused on supporting growth • Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate high volume and broad range of contracts (SaaS, professional services, partner agreements, NDAs) • Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship (no visa sponsorship offered)
