📋 Description

• Own the Launch: Be the dedicated Enablement Program Manager driving the readiness for all New Product Introductions (NPI) and major feature releases. • Translate the Tech: Be the voice of the field on the weekly Release Notes call, absorbing technical details and translating them into actionable enablement requirements. • Build the Toolkit: Convert product updates into necessary toolkit for the field, including competitive positioning and demo scripts. • Drive Alignment: Partner directly with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Field Enablement to establish timelines and define field needs. • Content Lifecycle Manager: Take ownership of foundational product materials, reviewing and refreshing outdated content. • Creator Liaison: Translate high-level needs into content requirements for production. • Revitalize the Library: Manage projects to revamp underperforming content for the field. • Field Readiness: Ensure NPI and refreshed assets are strategically packaged for role-specific delivery. • Measure Success: Actively measure effectiveness of enablement programs for constant improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience in Product Enablement, Technical Training, or Program/Project Management within a fast-paced, high-tech B2B environment. • Deep Technical Acumen: Mandatory and demonstrable advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and industry concepts • Demonstrated experience owning and driving New Product Introduction (NPI) enablement from concept to field readiness. • Exceptional program management skills with a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects across various timelines. • Strong understanding of how to translate technical product information (specs, features) into field-consumable materials (BOM, battlecards, enablement guides). • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Content Teams, and Field Leadership.
