• Reviews/Evaluates/Examines commercial title search documentation. • Prepares and reviews title commitment(s)/pro forma(s), lender closing instructions and contracts. • Works collaboratively with all stakeholders including internal operations teams, underwriting, client, outside counsel, and title agent partners. • Process and provide support with draw requests and maintain files related to construction. • Prepare closing documents; ancillary documents; title related affidavits; pro-forma policies and endorsements. • Attend to title curative matters and identify requirements of survey exceptions. • Prepare and issue final title policies, e-recordings and all post closing duties. • Monitors workflow queues and department reports to ensure timely processing of the file through title delivery and closing.
• High school diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred. • 5+ years’ experience in commercial title and closing. • Work under general supervision. • Strong customer service skills required. • National purchase and refinance experience preferred. • Experience utilizing ResWare or similar software preferred.
