📋 Description

• Reimagine and implement the future of tech for the music industry, building an all new codebase • Work as part of a dynamic and highly effective team • Own the creation and delivery of highly innovative products • Learn and grow as a professional through close collaboration with your team members and engineering leaders, and by being part of culture of continuous improvement and learning • Design and build the next-generation Data Platform to store, represent, ingest and serve factual data about artists, songwriters, and works • Develop ETL pipelines and systems to ingest, process, and serve music consumption data from digital platforms • Model relationships between artists, songwriters, and works to power search, discovery, and analytics • Deliver foundational services that feed marketing optimization, performance tracking, rights acquisition and distribution, and AI applications

🎯 Requirements

• You have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field • You have 8+ year's experience in backend development or data engineering • You have built or developed large-scale data processing pipelines and/or large, high-availability dimensional datastores • You are passionate about music and have a deep desire to provide the data that will help bring more great music into the world • You have a high sense of ownership and a drive to deliver impact in a fast-paced, evolving, ambiguous environment • You have a drive to grow, learn, and master the craft of software development • You are an excellent coder and empathetic communicator with great design skills
